If you want to take on additional clinical responsibilities without moving into a facility management role, the Clinical Path may be for you. In your expanded role, you’ll have a variety of projects to choose from, such as mentoring of clinical personnel and students. We all remember our clinical mentor and are passionate about growing this profession this is why we received The Leadership in Clinical Education Award from Columbia University. You will also have the opportunity to participate in special research or outcomes projects, development of internal clinical programs, and much more.
