Position: Physical Therapist
Description:   Our physical therapists provide exceptional clinical care and are supported in an attentive, ethical and dynamic clinical environment. We provide hands-on, functionally-based treatment programs to progress patients toward exceptional outcomes and believe strongly in fostering patient, physician and community relationships.
Qualifications:   Applicants should have a Bachelor’s, Masters, and/or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and be licensed to practice in the state of New York. Current CPR certification required. OCS certification preferred. Experience with EMR/electronic documentation a plus.

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
Description:   Our Physical Therapist Assistants work under the direction and supervision of our Physical Therapists in the delivery of exceptional patient care and patient outcomes. They are detail-oriented, caring professionals who play an integral part of the clinics they work in.
Qualifications:   Applicants should have a degree from an accredited PTA program and be licensed to practice in the state of New York. Ability to work in a team environment required. Experience with EMR/electronic documentation a plus.

    Position: Patient Services Coordinator (PSC)
    Description:   Our Patient Services Coordinators (PSC) are highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented customer service professionals. They handle all of our front office operations, schedule patient appointments, maintain patient information, and other patient service-related tasks.
    Qualifications:   Applicants should have experience working in an office setting and have the ability to multi-task. Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred. Familiarity/knowledge of HIPAA and MEDENT is a plus. Training will be provided.

    Position: Patient Account Representative
    Description:   Our Patient Account Representatives (PAR) are highly motivated, self-directed, analytical thinkers who are responsible for registering, auditing, and billing all insurance claims generated by Sports PT. Our PARs ensure the integrity of systems, processes, and information flow among the administrative office, the facilities, and our patients.
    Qualifications:   Applicants should have excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Excel and Word required. Knowledge of medical coding and terminology preferred. Familiarity/knowledge of HIPAA and MEDENT is a plus. Training will be provided.

      Position: Training Coordinator
      Description:   Under the supervision of the Vice President, Field Operations, the Training Coordinator will oversee and assist in the administration of training for facility and administrative support staff. The Training Coordinator will assist managers in providing new employees with a solid foundation to perform their job duties effectively, and will identify, develop and administer ongoing training in support of new/revised procedures. In addition, the Training Coordinator will work with managers to identify skill gaps and determine individual training and development needs.
      Qualifications:   * Bachelor's Degree and/or the equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Demonstrated ability to work with individuals one-on-one. * Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and present, develop, and/or demonstrate material in a manner appropriate to the trainee’s needs. * Demonstrated ability to assess progress, and to provide constructive feedback and assess competency. * Solid Microsoft Office skills. * Strong presentation and stand up training skills. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. * Good organizational and time management skills, a self-starter with ability to work independently. * Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking ability. * Excellent judgment. This position will require regular, overnight travel in support of all our facilities. Therefore, your home base could be at any one of our 23 facilites either upstate or downstate.         Position: Director of Human Resources
        Description:   Sports Physical Therapy is a multi-office Physical Therapy company seeking a Director of Human Resources to provide strategic, proactive support and work with Senior Management. We desire a candidate who will manage and make key recommendations to shape the growth of our employees and the company. The Director of Human Resources must be a seasoned professional who has a broad generalist background and will oversee the following functions: •Compensation Planning •Employee Relations •Performance Management •Recruitment •Benefits Administration •Training •Policy Administration •Travel will be required to our 23 locations across New York State as needed
        Qualifications:   A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree program is preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience at a HR Director's level or related role in a mid-size, multi location organization. PHR or SPHR is preferred.
