Our Kew Gardens Our Queens facility is conveniently located in central Queens serving Forest Hills, Rego Park, Kew Gardens, Briarwood and all neighboring communities.  We are at the crossroads of the Jackie Robinson Parkway (Interborough Parkway), Van Wyck Expressway, Queens Boulevard, Union Turnpike & Grand Central Parkway.  We offer a hands-on approach to individual care in a state-of-the-art facility.  Our Physical Therapists have extensive experience and continue to stay up to date by consistently attending continuing education programs to expand our knowledge and treatment programs.  We are open 6 days a week with morning; evening and weekend hours to best accommodate your needs.  Our Patient Service Coordinators are happy to help you with any scheduling or insurance questions you may have to help make your time with us as pleasant as possible.

We are accessible by public transportation:  E & F trains (Union Turnpike / Kew Gardens stop) and by bus Q46, Q74, Q10 and Q37.
