How did  come to Sports PT?

I've always had a love for orthopedic manual therapy, and dreams of improving our profession. Sports PT was the perfect fit, where I could feel supported to fulfill my dreams and grow professionally. I also love the Saratoga Springs area, and wanted to relocate to this part of NY.

  • Joined Sports PT in 2009
  • Specializes in working with runners of all levels, prevention and treatment of ACL injuries; working with high-level athletes.
  • Is a certified Sportsmetrics Instructor through the Cincinnati Sports Medicine Institute, partnering with local coaches and sports teams to support injury prevention and performance enhancement.

What's the favorite part of  job?
"The variety of patients we see--from 9 years old to 90! Also, I love educating patients and empowering them to feel they can be in control. Teaching them that pain does not have to rule their lives. And then, watching them start to see and believe."
What does  enjoy outside of work?
"I love a variety of outdoor activities from hiking, golfing and fishing. Living in the Saratoga area has strengthened my love for horse racing and running. I also love spending time with my family, including my boxer, Smarty, and my daughter Julia.
