Position: Patient Services Coordinator (PSC)

Description: Our Patient Services Coordinators (PSC) are highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented customer service professionals. They handle all of our front office operations, schedule patient appointments, maintain patient information, and other patient service-related tasks.

Qualifications: Applicants should have experience working in an office setting and have the ability to multi-task. Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred. Familiarity/knowledge of HIPAA and MEDENT is a plus. Training will be provided.

Openings: We currently have any openings in WNY.

Position: Physical Therapist

Description: Our physical therapists provide exceptional clinical care and are supported in an attentive, ethical and dynamic clinical environment. We provide hands-on, evidence-based treatment programs to progress patients toward exceptional outcomes and believe strongly in fostering patient, physician and community relationships. We have full-time, part-time and per diem positions available. Benefit packages for full time employees and sign-on bonuses are available.

Qualifications: Applicants should have a Bachelor’s, Masters, and/or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and be licensed to practice in the state of New York. Current CPR certification required. OCS certification preferred. Experience with EMR/electronic documentation a plus.

Position: Medical Biller/Collector

Description:  This position is responsible for general billing, collections, and account resolution on unpaid accounts.

Qualifications: Candidates with previous experience in medical billing or collections are preferred. Ability to pay close attention to detail, provide exceptional customer service, and work in a team environment is essential for success. Position: accounts payable/payroll assistant

Description:  This position is responsible for bank reconciliation, financial statement preparation, bank deposits and accounting system maintenance, assisting with bi-weekly payroll process.

Qualifications: Candidates with previous experience in accounts payable policies, procedures and regulations, proficiency in MS Excel, payroll experience, Associates degree in accounting required; Bachelors preferred.  Ability to pay close attention to detail, provide exceptional customer service, and work in a team environment is essential for success.
