About this Clinic

On 4/7/08 we relocated our Syracuse office from Western Lights Plaza, Onondaga Boulevard to Camillus. Our professional and energetic staff are here to assure that you receive skilled, hands-on care and therapeutic exercise to assist in a speedy recovery! We are also home to the Certified Athletic Trainers for West Genesee High School and Onondaga Community College. We have ample parking and accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

Name: Nolan Rodriguez, MPT
Credentials: Masters in Physical Therapy

Nolan is a graduate of SUNY Upstate Medical University and brings over 5 years experience as a Personal Trainer, working with athletes of all levels in all sports and age groups. Nolan is one of 3 Certified ART(r) Providers in the area (Active Release Technique) and utilizes the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) when assessing his patients. This tool is also used as the first line of defense in injury prevention. Nolan was born in Puerto Rico and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Jon is a 1980 graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. degree in Health/Physical Education and a concentration in Sports Medicine. He has worked with Sports Physical Therapy of New York for the past 13 years covering high school sports in the Syracuse area. Jon has 27 years with the Toronto Blue Jays Organization, and has spent 14 years in AAA.

Heidi received her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from SUNY Cortland in 2004 and is currently the Certified Athletic Trainer for West Genesee High School. Heidi has previously held a Personal Training certification through ACE and worked as a Personal Trainer for 14 years.

AJ graduated from Ithaca College in 2007 with a B.S. in Athletic Training/Exercise Science. He has been working with Sports Physical Therapy of New York since November 2007 and is currently the head athletic trainer at Onondaga Community College.
